Frequently asked questions
Does Parcel District require an internet connection?
No. Parcel District can be played entirely offline once installed: your company, fleet, districts and contracts all run and save locally on your device. An internet connection is only needed for a few optional features: making or restoring an in-app purchase, and loading an optional rewarded video ad.
How can I restore purchases?
If you previously made a purchase in Parcel District, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. In the app, open Settings (or the Shop) and tap "Restore Purchases." iOS uses Apple's StoreKit to restore your entitlement.
I found a bug. What information should I send?
To help us track down the issue quickly, please include:
